out-of-network reimbursement
How to File
Depending on your insurance, you can submit your Super Bill from us for partial or even a full reimbursement. Oftentimes, even a partial reimbursement results in clients paying less than their co-pays!
Filing Online
Most insurance companies now allow you to file online through their website or app.
Sign into your health account and look for "Submit a Claim."
Fill out their requested information which will typically include your therapist's name, company, contact information, EIN, ICD, and the CPT code for your service (all of which we will provide for you).
Upload a copy of your Super Bill and that's it!
Filing By Mail
If you are not able to file online, you can request a paper form from your insurance. You will complete the paperwork with the same information as you would online. Again, we can provide you with any service and company information you need for your paperwork and much of this information will already be on your Super Bill.
